Well good evening. The rumors flying around me seem to say that I miscommunicated a little bit with my comment about seeking medical information. It's not that we need more ideas, I was trying to hint that well-researched/proven ideas would be appreciated on the phone, It is more helpful than just posting anonomous random information. One of the frustrations for us is that there seem to be so many things that are just designed to make money off of cancer patients. Thanks so much for all the prayers and the encouragement. It feels like it has been a long day. I think I'll go crash. Later, Earl

Hey Earl,

Thanks for clarifying your point although I think most of us got it the first time. I have been doing my own research to see if there was anything that has been missed and I agree with you. Most clinics really are not offering anything that would really make a difference and they are asking outrageous amounts of money. There has to be something, though. We'll keep looking.

In the meantime, I hope that you and Ramona are doing well and that Ramona is starting to feel a little less yucky after all that chemo. Ramona, stay beautiful! We're still praying for a miracle!

Love, Michele (Jobina's sister)

came across your blog & wanted to let you know Ramona that I'm praying for you. Gone thru chemo myself & know how painful & exhausting it can be. It's tough when people see you for only a few minutes & think you look pretty good when you actually are feeling really lousy. Keep looking up & I'm praying....praying...praying that God keeps you in his care & totally heals you.

Hey Earl and Ramona, thankyou for allowing yourselves to be interviewed for the Spectator! My inlaws saved it for us and I just finished reading it. I pray that everyone that reads that article would be led closer to God through it. Thankyou for so honestly talking about your faith, your struggles and your hope! Ramona, I'm so glad that you are feeling relatively well. Let's pray that keeps up! I've been reminded time and time again through all this, just what life is for, what God desires of me and what we have to give. Thankyou.

Hey Earl and Ramona!
Your faith in God just blows me away! I am not sure how I would deal, cuz like you, Eric and I have so many goals and dreams together. We are praying for you everyday. Your Spectator article was so encouraging. You both talked alot about your faith, and I thought it was such a great testimony. Thanks for sharing your life so openly on this blog! It is so nice to see God still shining through you both in such a horrible situation. Be strong and always love God, and eachother, madly.
Love,
Lindsey Dueck

Hi,Ramona and Earl
I'm rejoicing with you that you're done with your 2nd treatment.
I want to share a few scriptures that I claimed as my own when I went thru the cancer thing.
Ps. 30:2,Isa 53:5, 1Pet.2:24
Jer.17:14
Also read Romans 8:38-39, Psalm 46:2-3.
Ramona, God has healed me, and He wants to heal you too! Just don't give up.
Love and prayers,
Myra Plett

Earl and Ramona,
May the Lord wrap you in His arms of love and give you peace. You are not alone; even when you feel like it. May you be reminded of His presence today.

I'd just like to put a request up for somebody to scan and either post the Spectator article or at the least e-mail it to me (I could then get it up on-line and link to it for everyone that doesn't get the Spectator). I'd very much like to read it.

As always, my love, prayers, and affection for you both.
