I'm actually in the university right now showing my brother where the free computers are...Ramona is with her mom and brothers at the hospital...anyway...we come home tommorow...it was an incredibly hard morning for Ramona to realize she would have to be here another day...but she seems to be enjoying life a little more now...physically, she still has a little pain in her throat, but everything in general is good...due to the blood transfusion she has alot more energy....much more to say...but last night i once again realized how incredibly powerful Ramona's testimony is...the peace and hope of a 22 year old with cancer is jarring/fascinating for anyone thinking about the purpose of life.....my lunch is ready...later...earl

So glad the transfusion helped! We'll just keep praying that Ramona's throat continues to heal. You are so right about Ramona's testimony. I don't know any 22 year olds who would be taking all of this with as much grace, poise, and faith as her. I don't know about anyone else, but watching you and Ramona makes me think, "if they can hold onto their faith in times like these, what do I need to change to hold onto my faith in trying times?". My day to day struggles are nothing compared to what you're going through, and I fight so hard to keep my eyes on God through it all. Thank you for being a positive example to me of what belonging to Christ really means.

Love, Michele (Jobina's sister)

Hey guys,
I just wanted to let you know that I am blown away by your faith, at camp I knew that Ramona was sick but not till recently did Chad show me your blog site, and then I learnt exactly what is going on. I also wanted to let you guys know that I am always praying for you, and started fasting to focus on praying for both of you and your families. Both of you are a huge encouragement to me, never loose your fire for God, he is all we need.
Your brother in Christ

Hi Ramona,
We had a bridal shower for Angela here at my work. She got a lot of nice things - stuff for the kitchen, the bathroom, candles, etc. I'm really hoping you're feeling well enough and are able to attend her wedding this weekend. What a wonderful time weddings are. Just wanted to let you know you're in my thoughts. I continue to pray for your healing.

earl and mona, so if all went as planned you're now home! WELCOME BACK! earl- you're right, but it isn't just mona's testimony that is blowing ppl away. both of you, as indiviudals, and as a couple blow me away! i am so very inspired. watching you, and being a part of this cancer journey, has made me see so much more of God and has introduced me to a whole new level of friendship w/ him as i am continually pouring out my heart to him, mostly on behalf of you... you 2 are amazing. i'm honored to know you.

i loveth you,
dayna
