That food looks amazing! I sure hope you aren't getting sick from it. I had to read the label on the bottle a few times, I thought it said "Perfect"!
Hey Earl your blogs bring lots of memories back from the time we spent in that area, (1985) with our 4 year boy with lukemia, the nice ocean waves, I can almost hear the thunder yet when the waves slammed on the shore. We took a walk once in a while across the border into the USA along the shore. And yes good food without meat. We got lots of different tasteful food made from soy beans. Just keep on looking up from where our help comes. He is ready every moment. God bless you.From Nova Scotia, Canada
