Thanks everyone for all your prayers. I need them now more than ever. I'm having severe difficulty breathing. I am constantly on 2 litres of oxygen. Even on the oxygen I feel like I'm short of breath. Every day things seem to get worse. I'm also coughing a lot. I can't really eat, and when I do I seem to throw up. I'm terrified. I feel like I'm about to die. I need my miracle right now. Please join me in praying.....

Thanks for your praying you guys. Ramona woke up half an hour ago and managed to keep from throwing up. The above message is what I wrote for her.

God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind! 2 Tim. 1:7
Keep looking to God and he'll give you peace!

my comment turned into an email which i'm about to send you, but i also wanted to share 2 verses on here. i believe there are readers who could also be blessed, encouraged, and challenged by Hebrews 13:5-6 (Amplified Bible)

Hebrews 13:5-6
5Let your [a]character or moral disposition be free from love of money [including greed, avarice, lust, and craving for earthly possessions] and be satisfied with your present [circumstances and with what you have]; for He [God] [b]Himself has said, I will not in any way fail you nor [c]give you up nor leave you without support. [I will] not, [d][I will] not, [I will] not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake nor [e]let [you] down ([f]relax My hold on you)! [[g]Assuredly not!](B)

6So we take comfort and are encouraged and confidently and boldly say, The Lord is my Helper; I will not be seized with alarm [I will not fear or dread or be terrified]. What can man do to me?(C)

What Cancer Cannot Do
It cannot cripple love.
It cannot shatter hope.
It cannot corrode faith.
It cannot eat away peace.
It cannot destroy confidence.
It cannot kill friendship.
It cannot shut up memories.
It cannot silence courage.
It cannot invade the soul.
It cannot reduce eternal life.
It cannot quench the spirit.
It cannot lessen the power of the resurrection.

Praying with you

Ramona and Earl,
Our hearts are deeply affected by all that you are going through. Our hearts are filled with deep compassion.
God we cry out that your hand of mercy would heal Ramona! God we invite you into Ramona's hospital room, that everyone in it would sense your presence. Especially Ramona. We pray for your hand over her body, that you would ease her pain, that you would help her to breath freely. God we pray that you would show yourself to them - that they would see your mighty power and witness how you are the Prince of peace.
With much love,
Chuck and Laura

I have been following your blog for a few years now and praying as God brings you to mind. Before I read this latest blog, God had brot you to mind again and impressed on me to pray earnestly that you would be able to rest in God's will - come what may. I am praying for freedom from fear and just a total peace as you rest in his arms. He is carrying you - trust yourself into his arms. he loves you and cares more than any of us can imagine.
I cannot imagine what you are going through, but God knows all about it and he will be with you every step of the way. He won't leave you - even for a second.
Trust him and rest in him.

Dear Ramona and Earl,
There is no one like the God of Israel.
He rides across the heavens to help you, across the skies in majestic splendor.
The eternal God is your refuge, and his everlasting arms are under you. (Deut. 34:26-27 NLT)
Praying for the peace that passes all our understanding, and for breath.

Rejoice! Give Praise to the King on High! By His hand He has delivered us, by His Shield we are delivered! His Truth has set us free and His Words have sustained us. Long we have wandered in the wastelands and deserts. Long did we cry out to Him with supplication and weeping. He has not failed us, He has not forsaken us. He has heard our cry and has turned His Face toward our suffering and our cries have been answered. Rejoice and give thanks to the Lord! Lift your head Daughter of Zion! Let your heart be made light, the Bridegroom comes and your lamp is well lit. Do not be afraid, do not fear. I am Adonai, Alpha and Omega, Jehovah-Jirah and the Rock upon which you stand. Who can come against you when I have set My standard in your camp? Who can defeat you when I have raised My Sword and Shield before you! Rejoice and give Praise! He has set you upon the High places where none may pull you down or overthrow you. Take heart and rejoice in the Lord!

A few thoughts out of the book Prayer Changes Things by Charles L. Allen that I thought might encourage you:

"In a time of illness and trouble we worry about the things we might lose--especially about losing the chance to live in this life--but nothing, not even death, can take away from us our most precious posession--the warm, comforting, sustaining love of God.

There is an Eye that never sleeps,
beneath the wind of night.
There is an Ear that never shuts,
when sink the beams of light.
There is an Arm that never tires,
when human strength gives way.
There is a love that never fails,
When earthly loves decay.
-George Matheson

In a time of illness--a time of helplessness and near despair--we can lean back easier on that "arm that never tires" and we find it sufficient....Emerson said that a man is a hero not because he is braver than anyone else but because he is braver for ten minutes longer. Put your hand in His hand, and God will give you the help to keep you brave as long as necessary."

I have been getting pumped up in alot of healing scriptures this last 10 mins. One of which is Psalm 91:1-6,10.You can read it together. The 1st part in the Amplified says..He who dwells in the secret place of the MOST HIGH shall remain stable & fixed under the shadow of the Almighty(Whose power NO foe can withstand)
Remember the woman with the issue of blood Mark:25-34...You know the story. Jesus is saying..Ramona "daughter" thy faith has made you well...What He did then He can do today.Believe it..Won't stop praying..Love you guys. Janet

I've been so burdened, seeking God and His Word for you, can't rest knowing it's such a crucial time....been reading/praying in psalms, esp 68-73... lots of deep stuff there..some incredible verses about God's saving power ... here are just a few,

PS.68:20,28
God is to us a God of deliverances; And to God the Lord belong escapes from death.
Your God has commanded your strength; Show Yourself strong, O God, who have acted on our behalf."

This verse is such a true testimony of you,
"I have become a marvel to many, For You are my strong refuge. My mouth is filled with Your praise and with Your glory all day long." Ps.70:7-8

Jesus, please reveal yourself to Ramona and Earl and their family and friends who are there together now. Jesus you are mighty to save, please come "according to the greatness of your compassion, turn to < Ramona >, and do not hide Your face from Your servant, for < she > is in distress; answer
< her > quickly!"
Wish we could be there to hug you and pray in person.
Christy
